Title: shoe help please

I just bought a new pair of sst 5 for
a good price. However one sole feels like
I'm gonna slide to the pit, the other feels
like glue, Should I somehow work on the smoother
one, roughing it or vise versa?

They are supposed to feel that way.
One sole is the grip sole (the one that feels like glue).
The other is the slide sole. if you have to much slide, change
the sole and/or heel till you have the right combination.
You did get the other soles and heel with them? because they are adjustable.
