Shoe Soles/Heels

I'm wondering if anyone knows what the equivilent of what the sole/heel on universal shoes would be on shoes with interchangeable soles/heels.  For example, would universal shoes be like the S6 and H5 white rubber combo?

Would you agree on the heel?  Obviously they don't look the same, but maybe they feel similar.
