High Load Particle balls
« on: November 18, 2003, 09:55:48 PM »
Question,
Someone out here might be able to help. A friend
of mine is looking for a high load particle ball.
I've noticed the trned is back to low and medium loads
in the cover lately. If someone can recommend the higher
load particles (Any company) with the stronger cores, I would
appreciate it.
By the way, the most successful ball he scored with
was the original black Chaos.

Thanks,

I don't know what the load of the new Power Diesel is but it sure does move.

also the Burgandy Gryphon is a big moving ball. I never did find enough oil for that ball.

Reaction Roll on Ebay is a hidden gem.

Tremendous flip for a heavy load particle.  Definetely moves early but I have not done it there is polish.

Also Fuze Detonator is very good and very versatile.

I would recommend the Detonator, but since Brunswick has discontinued this
I would also recommend the Swamp Monster or the new Warp Zone. The Warp Zone is
suppose to be Brunswick's biggest hooking ball.

[quoteI did, however, hear from my brother-in-law that a pro shop told him that the Swamp Monster is going to be discontinued.  I haven't confirmed this as of yet though.[/quote]

Of course it is..........been out for almost 2 years I think

the main thing to remember about these balls is the friction they create----you will need OIL for them to work best. otherwise it's hook early and go high or hook and quit.
