Should I get one?
« on: December 28, 2013, 04:35:53 PM »
At an upcoming tournament, I am able to purchase a Storm Marvel-S at a VERY good price.  My problem is I am not sure I can justify getting one, due to my current ball inventory.

My current heavy oil pieces: Storm VG Nano, Lane 1 Stealth Bomber, Roto Grip Disturbed

Opinions?

How old are your Nano and Stealth Bomber? If you can get the Marvel-S drilled for under $150 I would do that

You answered your own question.  There are always deals. Buy based on needs.

Undrilled or drilled? If you can get it undrilled at a good price, you can tuck it away.

Bomber is 15 months old with roughly 70 games on it and the Nano is about 2 years old with maybe 100 games.  I can get the Marvel-S NIB, they also offer drilling at a reduced rate as well.

I agree.  However, like somebody else asked, if you can get it for like 100 bucks undrilled, pick that sucker up and resell it on ebay or to a shop or something for a profit.  Or maybe save it until you need it, but I wouldn't drill it yet.

What would you be if you were attached to another object by an inclined plane, wrapped helically around an axis?
