Everytime I get done bowling my right side hurts. I am a right hander. My chiro said its my lat muscle. Any exercises I can do or any suggestions anyone has on how to make this feel better. Never used to hurt last season. Maybe I am out of shape. Or I need rest. Not sure.

If you have access to a personal trainer at the gym, a qualified trainer can help you with stretching and/or diet to help with your sore muscles. But if this problems has lasted more than 3 weeks, I'd go see a doctor. Not your Chiro D.C. guy, but your primary care physician.
