Is there such a thing as a clear thumb slug?

vise makes one.  a little more expensive than the colored slugs

Plus also if you use a mold for a thumb, if you pour Ebonite or Tech Line plug in the mold it will come out clear.. Some air bubbles, but clear

The compound of the Vise clear slug is definitely different than the others. It works out a little tougher with a bevel knife, but sands smooth ok. Even feels different when done. A little tackier if anything, does not slicken over time as urethane does. I've got several bowlers using them and they love them. Best feel they have had they say. I use Griploc changeables in my stuff ,so have not personally used them, but have installed several. Looks cool too,  esp with clear finger grips in a pearl ball. Al
