what do youll think about them compared to wood pins. how much longer do they last before the carry is lost. any information on it will help me out thank you

Strange pin.
Had them in one Nationals. They went flying all over the place, like they were turbo-charged.
Light hits carried best of all, solid pocket hits tended to leave pins standing. Slightly heavy hits left 4/9s, like they were a prize. Never heard of them wearing out. They seem to last a long time.
 
I think the ABC did some testing and approved them because, in spite of what happened above, the average score did not change significantly from plastic coated wood pins. Kind of makes you tear your hair out.

One house (that I dont bowl at) has them and i've subbed a few times there. 


Personal opinion is that i'm not really a fan of them.  Way too much deadwood too.
