Last night was unbelievable.
First game 257 big 4 cost me in the 6th. Then 244 for the first 2 game total of 501. My best be about 60+ pins.
Now my head starts working, only 199 for a 7. No.No.No.Too late.
Sitting on 70+ in the 5th and on a spare in the 6th(I think) I now need to strike out to get it. X, X, X, going into the 10th I need the first. Good ball left a ringing 10 so not quite perfect. Picked it up and another X in the 11th for a 181.
682 top series in the league. It was a scratch doubles league and my partner shot 202,211,191. Thats given us high series and top 2 highest games.
Only downer is not getting the 7. Hope to have the chance again one day.
The 257 would have been highest single game but my friend on the next pair up shot his highest for 2 years 269.
I know you over that side of the pond would get these scores regularly, but in our lanes that is a preety good series.
Dont forget, new ball or COACHING ? Make the wise decision, it will definatly pay off in the long run.

I learned a long time ago to never figure out what I need to shoot the last game. I usually came up 5-10 pins short because that "goal" became my new maximum.

Well done on your series,be pleased
with your achievment,I'm sure you'll
get a 7 in the future,before I got my
first 7 I had 6 series between 690 &
698 eventually got it with a series
of 244,204,267 for 715,just remember
next time concentrate only on your
next shot NOT the score.
By the way where do you bowl.
