I was wondering if anyone has ever ordered from them and how there service is. I will be getting official The Bowlers Alley shirts there with our logo embroided. I was just curious if anyone has used them before and how it was. Thanks for replies..

They are very good...ive ordered embroidered shirts from them, and they are excellent quality(individual storm and brunswick ball shirts, i dont know what type you are getting)...i recently got an email from them that if you type in "secret" into the coupon box at checkout, you will save 10% on your full order...but i think it ends the 29th...not totally sure.

Needed a PBA-legal shirt, so I ordered a custom-embroidered shirt from them.  It arrived quicker than they said it would and as advertised.  The embroidery was very well done and I've received many compliments on the shirt.  So as far as ordering and product and embroidery, everything was great.  I would definitely order from them again. The only "but" is that it is often about $10-20 cheaper to buy your own shirt from [insert department store here] and find someone in your area to do the embroidery.

You can also ship them your shirt and they will embroider it for you.
I have dealt with them for custom logos as well as name plaques, and they have been FANTASTIC!!!
I would highly recommend them.

We have ordered 3 shirts form there. However the shipping process was very slow for all 3 shirts. Make sure you order them in advance if you need them by a certian date.

i found that bowlingconcepts is a very good company to work with. once they got the shirts in( brunswick shirts are SLOW )the service was very good. their customer service people were very patient and understanding as well.
