its legal, but it doesnt make sense.  tarber does it on tour and he still cant win, and they get half an hour to practice on it before they start competition for the telecasts.  he has a v2 sanded(i think) thats about 200 grit on the surface...they showed him throwing the ball straight over oil and it crossed from teh 10 board.  after 30 minutes of throwing shot after shot with taht ball, it will break the lanes down...but i doubt u have half an hour to practice on your league pair.  if anything, wear a big fleece body suit and "accidentally" fall down the approach a few times...that may help.  in all seriousness though, u wont be able to do it during a normal league.  get a more aggressive ball if necessary.

if you throw a plastic on the line you want, with really high revs it moves the oil a LITTLE bit, besides that, hammerhead is partly right, theres no way to get around it, though he doesnt have to be arrogant about it.

AM not A CHICK OF BOWLING but I wanted to be in Manda's clique And why would I "saw" pins in half, THATS A WASTE OF PINS! I'd rather blow it over with my storm, and 21mph ball speed on dry shots.
