Thats with any bowling ball ever made. Its rare to find a ball that is 15 or whatever exactly. Most balls are made 15.6 or so to allow the weight that will be taken out for drilling and still be a 15LBS if you got a 15 ball and had it drilled then it wouldn't be a 15LB ball anymore. it would be called a heavy 14

I'm pretty sure he is talking about the half weight balls.  Used to be we could find a 14 /12, 15 1/2 # balls.  Didn't have to drop a full pound in weight.  Now a days they are called blems.

Still, to answer the question, don't know of any specific web site, just check them all, maybe give their customer service a call and see what they have.

thanks but there used to be a different site.  I recently bought a shift used and it weighed out at 14 lbs. 8 ounces.  probably a blem.
But, I seem to remember a site that sold these.
I dropped down to 14 lb due to injury and bought this used shift which is 14 lbs 8 ounces weighed at my pro shop when they plugged and re-drilled it.  Now I like this weight and the 14 pounders I have, I tend to muscle.
So, if any one remembers a web site where they were selling blems (i think they were storm blems)

You can actual order half weights through Visionary but be prepared to wait a little longer to get them. I ordered 5 balls last year that were a few ounces over 14 1/2 which after drilling brought it down to exactly 14 1/2.
