Title: someone recommend a ball 2 me

HELP.. need to find a good ball that hooks alot. anyone have anything to say

You will have to provide more information both about yourself and the lanes you expect to use the ball on, otherwise what Micky said is all too true.

Come on guys.  Is this anyway to treat a new member.  Give him/her a chance to get used to us.

I would recommend you check with your proshop.  They will have a good idea about what will work for you on their lane conditions.

With bowling balls costing so much, you need expert advice.  Without knowing your game and the lane conditions, all we can do is just throw out a bunch of names.

im looking for a ball that hooks alot and is for medium oiled lanes. mostly im looking for a ball that can HOOK. thanks

PS. Im 5' 9in and 124 pounds.

Well, I'll give my recommendation.  The Lane 1 super carbide bomb or the Lane 1 Black cherry bomb.

Bear in mind, I don't think you have that much bowling experience and these are top of the line high quality balls (EXPENSIVE).

I would still recommend you talk to the local pro shop and get their recommendations.

If you are a new bowler, an Ebonite tornado ($80)and $120 in lessons will give you the most hook for the money.

Storm Boost
Columbia Ti Messenger traction
Brunswick Monster SmashR or Bruiser
Track Thrash or Threat

Lower MidPriced Balls
Brunswick Power Groove PArticle
Storm Hot Wire or Ultra Hot
Columbia Scout/R particle
Ebonite Tornado PArticle

Good variation and solid performance.
