I would recommend that they plug your ring finger and without changing your span, ask them to drill your ring finger away so that there is less stress on the ring finger. Not expensive and you'll feel the difference right away. But you won't quite get the lift on the ball you are now, but al least you should be able to bowl, strengthen the muscles and maybe go back to the original drilling later in the year. IMHO.
