Sex sells!

This will definitely get the attention of the league bowler who bowls one league a week while drinking a pitcher of beer, throwing down some fried cheese along with two packs of cancer sticks all while "bowling!"

Great way to promote the "sport" of bowling.

You gotta think though. There job isn't to promote the sport of bowling but to meet a bottomline with sales. The USBC has that glory of promoting. The company just has to put out balls that sell well and satisfy therir core group of fans.

And sex does sell who needs to know about what the ball does when there is a chick standing next to the ball!

Exactly...every company is looking at the bottom line (just like pretty much all companies).  I really like it when the ball companies create one ball and market it in two different versions.  Same core, same cover, same specs, but one is polished and another version is a different color and sanded...can't you just sand or polish one to get the other reaction?  Just sayin!

Thanks DOOM..good video...

In other parts of the world, especially where I am going in 4 days, it's hard to join a league. In fact, if I remember, there are teams of 8 to 10 bowlers and they rotate throughout the year...And sponsors are for real!!! Some companies pay for uniforms, price fund, ect.... for handicap leagues........

Anything goes in selling your product. Will this ad make a difference? Not likely.

Still you have to try and keep up in a small U.S. market and much larger foreign market demand.
