Does anyone have the criteria for sponsor of the year? Our assocation has lost the bylaws for the this award.

I have no idea what you are talking about.  What is a "sponsor of the year"?

In our Association we sometimes give a yearly award to a Sponsor who does more for the bowlers and the Association, which is more than just Sponsoring a team in league. Sorry for the confusion.
