Title: SST 6 LX vs. ABS
Post by: JPRLane1 on February 15, 2004, 06:53:06 AM
I went from Old reg. SST 6's(red and black) to ABS's (top of line).  I liked the 6's as far as slide sole and heels but they were a very heavy shoe.  I like the ABS mostly I guess they are extremly lighter but i don't like the sole/heel combo's as good as dexter's.  Were wondering what the comparisons on Dexters kangaroo and ABS are I am thinking that if they are as light and as comfortable i may like them better due to their soles and heels.

I should just quit bowling, oh wait I already tried that.
Now that I am back and my Saws are sharp again, I am ready to cut some wood.

Which heels/soles are you interested in?

There are a few new heels now available from Dyno-thane, which are only available individually.  Look at the Closeups for a larger pic.

ABS Spare Parts (http://"http://www.dynothane.com/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=9&Itemid=32")

I go back and forth with the Rippled Heel and the Dimpled Heel, depends if I am on synthetic or wood approaches.

Thanks that adjust a heel might be what I am looking for, I am going to talk to my local about ordering some stuff for them.  I do like the shoes themselves a lot.
