You can do the same planning/cost figure if you go to Brunswick, figure your total sq ft, what you want in it, but for me, total cost from first dirt turn to open doors, $8.3M, 100% solar, 2 bars ( one smoking one non-smoking) day care section and meeting rooms, all I have to do now is win the PowerBall...LOL

even got the land staked out.....

There is one for sale in my area. I'd love to buy it, but the asking price is around $500,000, and it will need completetely renovated (has been shut down for many years). It would probably be easier to start from scratch
