Starting a bowling company
« on: June 30, 2010, 04:49:03 AM »
Hey guys,

I am truly interested in starting my own bowling supply company. I have been giving thought to this for the past few years because I would like to make an impact in the bowling industry somehow. I am knowledgeable when it comes to business so I do have the will to follow through on this. I have a passion for bowling as well and would really love to get it going. You have any ideas for me? Even if I would be able to get poured by another company so I can have my own product on the market.

My current arsenal includes:
Columbia 300 Perfect Rival
Hammer Jigsaw
Storm Reign & Natural (best ball ever)
Nu-Line The Gauntlet (my favorite)
900 Global Break Out (my new toy)

I have a better Idea, since you're going to blow the money either way, why not just spend it on booze and cheap hookers? When your bowling supply company goes broke, you'll have nothing to show for it...at least this way you'll have Herpes and a few other STD's that will stay with ya forever.

How about you take your opinion elsewhere you scumbag

Scumbag? Me? Try again sir. I'm sorry I ruined your little wet dream. But lets face it, you're a ball reviews donkey. You probally cant keep the $4.83 in your bank account balenced let alone what could possibly be a multi million dollar company. Stick to what you do best, posting random wet dreams that will never happen, and letting people like me kick you in the dick to bring you back to reality.

No, I'm currently an accountant and am financially sound. Just looking for another investment to dabble into. And I rarely post reviews first off. Second, it's not a "wet dream," because I don't beat off to new releases like you do (your name says it all). Lastly, you would find an excuse to tough another man's junk (again, your name says it all)

All companies have to start somewhere, but the bowling industry is pretty much flooded with products already.  Unless you can find a way to make a quality high end reactive ball and sell it for under $70, it will be extremely difficult to get people to try your product.  If you were an engineer of sorts I could see this being a little easier, but you would have to hire someone when it comes to core designs.  If you have someone else pour your stuff, that will be costly with minimum orders that are pretty high.  I remember Mo saying something about minimum orders but cant remember the number.

But if you have an endless supply of money and you don't mind throwing away a few million just to get off the ground, go for it.  It sure would be fun!
