What is a ball you picked up that was just too good of a deal to let pass? Ball name, price, and did it end up working well for you?

Pyramid pathogen $79 bucks.  It's like a hyroad solid that doesn't burn up lol. The hyroad solid we all wanted lol

OK another deal I got were $75 roto outlaw, and $75 Storm VR solid on clearance at BBdotcom.....Those balls were money!!!

So far a low game SD Ride for $25 has been one for me. A NIB BW Red Legen Solid for $100 will hopefully work out well for me also.

Ebonite Mission I got for free...single drill..span wasnt too much different. I was also given a Hammer Taboo jet black, but i had it sanded and didnt know that having it de-oiled and resurfaced would have saved it. I also scored another great condition ebonite mission for 25 bucks...ruined it on my first shot...

I scored a NIB Freight Train for $80 shipped. With all of the failures I've had with the Combustion core, I was excited to get one and drill it to not jump sideways off the spot.

Back in September when my son was at a tournament, the local pro shop had two new Sigma Stings in the shop.  I asked how much for one, and he said $100.  I bought both.  Keeping one for my son (he loved that ball).  Traded the other for a NIB Tribal and a NIB SX1.  Does that qualify?

I talked to that guy (I was trying to get an idea on value) he said he only listed at that price to make his wife happy. He didn't want to sell it so the price was a little high.

I ended up selling it for around $200 which was probably still less than some would have paid but I didn't really want it juat couldn't pass up that deal.

Couldn't believe it when I saw on ebay a brand new Original (as in the late 90s original, not the remake crap from 10 years ago) Black Nighthawk in my weight, perfect specs for $24.99 Buy It Now and shipping was only $14.99.....I bought that quicker than I could even think. Ball got here and it is perfect, no marks or anything hidden from the pictures....

And no, I have not drilled it.

$100 for low games Phase plugged and redrilled including inserts and it has been a great ball for me after a slow start to the season.
