I have a pair of the fingers. Been using them for years. I put them on when I have bowled alot of games and I am tired. They work albeit abit wierd the first couple of times you use it.

It will help tendonitis in the fingers. It helps relieve stress in the finger joints.
It will not help carpal tunnel. Carpal tunnel needs to be taken care of before serious AND permanent injury is finalized. It is nothing to be taken lightly.
