Fresh off my second week of league. Both nights the lane have been (in my opinion) beyond ridiculously dry, nearly to the point of unplayable. My current weakest ball, an AMF Clutch pearl with a mild drill and 4k surface with polish has absolutely no shot of clearing the heads without getting deeper than 20 at the arrows, and even then it won't push far enough down the lane for a playable line. Both weeks I've thrown a D/T American Eagle plastic ball 15 out to ~5 and moving deeper as the night progresses. Carry with this ball/line is nonexistent. Nothing like paying $13 a week lineage at an AMF house for conditions like this. The machines drop pins, the cameras don't properly record pin count, and the houst seemingly refuses to put down any volume of oil.
Is it wrong to expect "more" for a basically fun handicap league?
