Finally time to step away from the game i have done for 30+yrs for a little while. Do have a tourney at end of Jan to bowl but after that, im hanging up stuff for at least a year to focus on getting debt free. I do have some equipment getting rid of so if anyone is interested, i have some 16lb balls and a couple bags to move. Between $30-50+ shipping on most stuff.

Best of luck to you. Reducing or eliminating debt will help your peace of mind and probably make you better when you return.
Sometimes life tells us to slow down, and to prioritize things again. Bowling should be fun. We should do it for recreation, and to escape for a few hours. If finances get tight then we can almost feel "guilty" for taking some time for ourselves to get away, so to speak.
Although you're stepping away temporarily I hope you'll still contribute here when you can. If you've been bowling 30 years there are people here that can surely learn from your experience.

Thanks guys. Ill pop in from time to time but i dont want the temptation of new equipment to eat at me to make a comeback....haha.
