I have noticed, lately, that my best ball is the Igniter. I also have the Fuze Proactive, Inferno and Speed Zone. The Speed Zone is a Orange pin, meaning Urethane, so I'll use that on the burnt head shot, which works wonderful!. After bowling at several different house, and also Nationals, the Igniter is the go too ball in my bag. I hardly use the other two, seeing that they are very moody (Very conditional balls). When I do hit oil, which hasn't been much, I would think the Proactive ball would be the go to one. I find that this ball will hook early, and looses all its energy towards the end.?. I will then go to the Inferno, thinking it'll save it's energy at the ends, but its very touchy. I don't know if it is me, but I feel that everything is in place, timing is good, and just doing my normal procedure. This ball will hit hard when I do hit the pocket, but at times, this ball will roll out. My next step is to go to old faithful. I do have to slow down, and move a little to the right, but this ball works awesome! If I tug it, its sets, and if I get it out a little too far, it recovers nicely. Sounds like a easy house shot, but at Nationals, this ball was working over the middle of the lane, its just my scores didn't show it. Spares helped out on that one.
My question would be should I just stick with this ball and maybe getting two or three more with different drill patterns and/or make changes to cover such as scuffing and polishing, or find out why I struggle with the other two? Im asking all of you who have had this trouble in the past, and tell me what your results were when you made the decision. Thanks!
