Thanks to many suggestions about my physical and mental game, and a BIG thanks to my buuuuuddy Kristi for giving me encouragement and a new outlook and perspective on things, I'm on my way back up, hopefully to stay. I bowled a game last night where I just let myself go through the motions, lol, but the bad news is that I can't remember for the life of me how I was able to be that relaxed. I realize it was practice, but I haven't bowled that good of a GAME all year. I actually made 10 GREAT shots, and two good ones. All were solid in the pocket, no high trips, no mixers. I had one ring 10, and one flat 10, and got just a tad screwed on a solid 8 for a 257 that should have been 278, and COULD have been 299. I deserved the 10 on my 12th shot. YES, ok, I posted a practice game and AM hung up on the score, but seeing as how it's ridiculous to try practicing something else when your "A" game sucks to begin with, ya gotta start somewhere. Kudos everybody, to the best bowling site on the net! The people here aren't bad either . .

HAH! I don't know ANYBODY now!
Being in adult leagues teaches you many things.
1. You're not on top anymore, but there are a lot more people that suck worse than you do now.
2. The myth about the youths having an easier shot is NOT TRUE. I'd have an entire ring collection if it was.
3. Drunk adults are a lot funnier than drunk youths.
