Buying a Ball with an IT Thumb

Does the existence of an IT or Switch grip (specifically the 1 1/2" hole) in a used ball discourage anyone from buying?

As I look through eBay, ballreviews, etc., it is clear that these are becoming more popular.  From a second-hand point of view, do they hurt value?  My preference would be to buy a used ball with no thumb slug.  I figure that the interchangeable systems remove more of the core material and require more plug to fill  :P

I've had no problems selling used balls that had the IT.

I don't think it makes a big difference and to some people it is actually a plus if they use the same system.

It would make it less attractive to me.  I don't use and IT system, but even if I did, unless I was planning on putting the thumb in nearly the same spot, I'd be concerned (correctly or not) about potentially too much of the core being removed.
