Stormus Interruptus

in last night's league play, halfway thru the 10th in the first game, a whopper of a storm came thru the area and wiped out power for the rest of the night.

needless to say the game was discontinued and as the storm subsided, we all headed for home, not knowing if there was one even left!  happy to report that i had only several tree limbs down, no power, but the house was intact.

has anyone ran into a similar situation?  i've yet to call the center where we play.  when we left last night, they had no clue how to handle the round..  to pick up where we left off (provided that info is saved) or just start the round over again....  and i was rolling well, too!

I believe that ABC says that if the info is preserved, you take up where you left off.

I believe this was before computerized scoring. But I know that a guy got up in the 10th once with a chance for 300 and the power went out. Had to come back the next week and finish the game and still managed to shoot the 300.

I'm with mumzie on this.

I'm not sure, but I think even if it's not "preserved" you can continue provided that you can reconstruct the scores up to the point of power failure.
