Strangest leave ever

Bar5003 started a topic about his pick up of the 7-10 quote:

"With my trusty AMF Xtreme...after a string of 5 ten pins in a row i left a 7-10 in the hole...and then proceded to rifle it at the 10 pin bringing it back out and taking the 7 out clean in the air...unbelievable feeling!

Anyone else have 7-10 stories??"



So this prompted me to post a new topic. Probably already done before but let's do it again.

What was your strangest leave?

Personally I left the 1-2-3-4-5-6 one time in practice. I turned off the lanes and didn't bowl on them for a few days.

Leaving back to back 'paralyser' 5 pins was fun(NOT!!) Leaving a rip-6 pin with the headpin flying IN FRONT of it was even more fun(those Coral Tritons could create some angle of the dry boards!!) The smash 9-10 was pretty cool too(sparing it was even cooler)

Saw a little guy make a 5-7-10 myself too, ball was rolling pretty slow,it was 25 ft down the lane and i thought to myself "He's made this"

I can't remember the pins that he left, but it was something weird.

I remember leaving a 6, 7, 9, 10 and then picking it with my......................................

6 pound balls can leave weird stuff too.  I saw one 6 lb leave: 7, 8, 9, 10!

Made one low pocket 7-10 leave.  I felt like it was worth a special shot at it because I had really good command of my shot that night, moved a little deeper on my 10 pin line, threw a little harder and revved it up a little more, hit the 10 solid three times total- twice in the pit -  and the last time it came flying out and creamed the 7.

I've taken out the 3-5-7-9 on the first ball.  Guess that makes the leave a 1-2-4-6-8-10.  If only I could have gotten the head pin too it could have been an all even number pin leave!

Saw a right handed bowler leave the 2-5-9 in league a couple weeks ago.  Don't know how but I saw it standing.  Strange.........

Wow you guys seen the weird leaves.  The weirdest that I seen was somebody just picking only the 6 and 9.

Lets see. I have seen my wife leave the 1 5 8 9 twice in one game. I saw a very good bowler leave the 2 4 6 8 10 yup all the even pins. And I have flushed the 4 9 10.

I watched a woman throwing an 8 pound ball leave the 4-6-7-8-9-10.
The funniest part about it is that she didn't have any clue how strange the leave was!!!

I picked out the 1-5-9-10 and left a strange looking 2-3-4-6-7-8.

It was a 50 ft, heavy oil flat pattern and I clipped my leg with the ball.  I grazed the 10 which tipped the 9 into the 5 into the 1.

I got ribbed pretty good for that one.

probably not the weirdest cause I see it so often in my monday night league; but the one I will never fully understand is the headpin 4 count : 3-4-6-7-9-10

Especially since most of the guys who leave it are such high hooking players!

Several times with reactive resin I went between the 3 and 10 pin! With plastic or urethane I never did that.

The weirdest ever....

A friend had the front 11, last pitch he slammed the pocket solid, no pins off spot and he left a solid 6 pin! (How he took out the 10 we have no idea)

The best I saw was a little kids ball hitting the headpin and stopping with no pins falling.  A 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 without a gutter ball.
