Has anybody increased their revs by...
« on: May 05, 2007, 12:14:30 PM »
increasing their forearm strength.  I'm not talking about injury or anything like that.  I'm talking about from 350rpm to 450rpm.  My coach says that my release/leverage is good but I would like more revs.  So as anybody already in good physical condition significatly increased their revs by working the forearms?

Thanks

George

the key to revs is a free flowing natural release that is free of muscle.
Let gravity do all the work and if the ball is projected onto the lane in a reasonable manner the revs will come

I saw the video and you struck on every ball. That must be NO fun after a while so I understand why you would want to change something.

BTW how to throw revs is on my website.

Bowl great!
