NABI Tournament Question.......

Does NABI allow past PBA Members(Regional or National Status) to participate in their tournaments?  I checked their website, but they only list excerpts from their rulebook, and I couldn't get ahold of the Director in my Home region.

Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated.

I doubt it, since if you ever had a book average over 205, you can't join.

They do not allow anyone who has ever HELD a card to bowl.
Since I have had a PWBA card in the past, I am no longer eligible to bowl NABI.

But the thing about 'can't bowl if you've ever averaged over 205' I think is wrong.
