strong length ball

What is the strongest pearl ball on the market today? I'm looking for a ball with great length and very angular move on the back.

While pearls such as the Jigsaw Trap seem to fall into this category, I'd suggest you don't limit yourself to resin pearls in this category of balls. There are polished solids and particles and particle pearls that fall into this category also.

Any other ball suggestions? i bowl on a old wood surface where the heads can dry up but oil tends to stay in the middle. two guys on my team bought the dagger and are rolling very good. so length to get through the heads and strong backend to move through some oil is the key.

The Nomad Dagger seems to be a great piece as you mentioned. We have 2 guys on my team that just picked them up and I am in awe of that ball. So effortless through the heads but gives a great angle and energy transfer to pins.

Basically, watch out for a reactive pearl with a higher RG and a high differential. This offers a good technical basis for a ball that keeps its energy longer, and delivers it quickly if drilled for length and pop (with a high pin in a strong position, and CG/MB stacked).

I would not call it the strongest pearl on the market, but from what I have seen Brunswick's C-System 2.5 and 4.5 would IMHO qualify. Maybe add some gritless polish for even more pop, but on wood these things should be more than enough, and other manufacturers have similar "packages" in store. Probably a mid-range pearl like the aforementioned Nomad will suffice, too, for less budget.

C system 2.5. One of the strongest pearls I've thrown in a long time. Ball has a strong midlane read, and a charging backend to finish it off. I keep mine highly polished because it's too strong on all but long patterns. Mine's drilled pin up, about 4" from pap, MB kicked out towards VAL. Very strong layout for me, and the ball is phenomenal. Love the continuation and drive through the pins. It is noticeably different with the CFT coverstock.

I just punched up an Anarchy myself, and got to throw it for the first time last night, and yes, it seems extremely, extremely strong. I redid the surface to 500/4000 abralon and used roughly a 5x5x3 layout (pin just above and a little left of ring finger, MB directly next to the thumbhole), and it really, really revs up on the back part of the lane.  Even with that surface I still was able to get good length with a very defined motion on the back, but the surface also helped make it a little easier to control and more predictable. I need to get more experience with it and try it wood lanes as well, but as far as both ability to handle oil and ability to cover boards on the backend, the Anarchy seems to fit that very well. I do love the very continuous motion it gives me when it does hook -- it's not a hook/stop motion at all, it just keeps driving.

Just punched up a Brunswick Damage and it's one of the cleanest balls through the front that I've ever thrown.  Relitively well priced too.  I had a Storm Thunderstruck and a Brunswick Swarm prior to this, both with a long pin and I don't think either were as clean through the front as this Damage is.  Really great ball and strong motion on the back part of the lane.

The track 607 a se is the most angular ball I have every thrown. It looks like some one kicks the ball left.
