I throw some of the EBI brands and found some good results with Ebonite, Track, and Hammer. I throw higher speed also (19-22mph), and like playing the outside more, so I think I can give some ideas here.
Right now, you throw a Mission (heavy pearl), Evolve (heavy solid), and the Playmaker (medium pearl). If you were to get an Elevate, you're going to still have a clean look up front, but the hybrid cover will give you a slightly earlier midlane and more of an arc motion compared to skid/snap. It would fit between your Evolve and Playmaker but almost too close to the Playmaker instead of having something truly between. I would look to something that will be a medium-heavy type cover instead to get the most bang for the buck.
Track has some good options but right now it's either solid or pearl covers. Hybrid balls aren't currently offered in their lineup. I personally would lean more to a hybrid or solid since you already have a pearl in the Playmaker. If you go with Track, you may want to look at a 919C. It's a really good solid and gives a continual arcing motion. I would drill a little weaker on this to fit it between your Evolve and Playmaker.
You may want to consider a Hammer Brick. It's a hybrid designed to work on medium to medium-heavy conditions, and actually would give you more than the Elevate. It has a true asymmetrical core which means less drilling adjustments are needed. In my case, I throw a Brick, but actually use it as a medium-light oil ball (it is that flexible with layouts) and polished it. That setup works really well for me as I get good length and a predictable backend. You can easily fit that between the Evolve and Playmaker.
If you venture outside of EBI, look at Storm and Roto Grip. They are making great equipment right now and offer a lot of choice between hybrids, pearls, and solid covers. I love throwing those two brands and they hold up well too. Biggest difference between the 2 brands is that Storm tends to give more of an angular look on the back and Roto Grip has more of a continual arcing motion (which I prefer).
A really good choice from Storm would be the Hy-Road. This ball has been out since 2008 but is a proven winner and a great deal to pick up since it will be phased out soon. It offers a hybrid cover and symmetrical core which works great on medium to medium-heavy oil. The Hy-Road also can work on some heavy conditions. In fact, I picked one up recently and am drilling it this week to fill a gap between my Track 919C and Ebonite Vital Energy.
If you go Roto Grip, I would suggest the Outlaw. This is a great solid cover ball and is a true 2 piece: just cover and core without any filler. It works very well on medium to medium-heavy conditions and hits extremely hard. I've seen this ball used plenty of times now over the past year and it's a great piece. It won't be as angular as the Hy-Road but gives you a great midlane read, strong arc in the back which is very predictable.
Also, I could suggest the Infinite Theory. This ball is an outstanding hybrid that allows you to cover medium to medium-heavy oil easily. The Infinite Theory is clean up front while giving a very predictable midlane and backend reaction. At the same time, you'll get a little more length than the Outlaw but still not as much skid/snap as the Playmaker.
Even though EBI has some good products out right now, it is my preference to throw Storm or Roto Grip hybrids and solids. For some reason, they just react a little better with my higher speed game and playing similar lines like you do. Yet, if I want to move inside, they easily can handle it. Hope this helps and feel free to message with any additional questions.
