I was just surfing around as usual and came across an ad for Elite Bowling balls.  They are releasing a new ball called the Elite Alien.  $379 dollars! on sale for $289!  Ouch!!!  It's the color of money!  Blue/Green.  Anyone thrown one yet???

Just wondering...  That is a lot of cash for any bowling ball.  I don't have any problems if the thing pays for itself.  It's double what some other high performance balls cost.  If it turns out to be really great then it may set some trends and cause ball prices to rise.  The thinking well my ball is just as good.  On the other hand if no one buys it because of cost.  We will never know what it will do.

Well, if we ever figure out what the coverstock is, we can figure out what it will do.  Considering the core is likely stolen from these two old brunswick balls.

Saw that topic and responded to it. I don't care what that ball does or how good it is. It better come with a remote control cause there is no ball worth that kind of money in todays world. Also, Lane 1 is a very overated company that makes very inconsistant equipment.
