I have been improving and getting my timing back. In both Sunday 6PM and Wednesday 9PM leagues, my scores are slowly improving. My Monday 6PM scores are still on a down slide. All 3 leagues are in the same house.
Yesterday I bowled very well (147-206-205) and was told I was more agressive rolling the ball. The difference is I had not worked due to MLK Day. My usual Monday is teach until 3:04PM then tutor from 3:10 - 4 PM. I get out of school around 4:30, head home and change then off to league. I sometimes get to grab something for dinner, but not usually.
My conclusion is the fatigue factor plays into Mondays. Sunday I do what I want include some relaxation and Wednesdays I take a nap when I get home. Mondays that is not an option. Any suggestions how to combat or compensate for the fatigue factor aside from calling in sick every Monday or not doing the tutoring (neither is an option). I tried caffeine, it keeps me awake but does nothing for the energy level. My Monday team wants the Wednesday bowler to show up on Monday
.
Any and all suggestions are welcome!

I'm also a teacher and have noticed something similar in my performance. The days that I'm off from work I go to the lanes so much more relaxed and tend to shoot a lot better. I don't have any surefire tips that might help, but here are some ideas:
-Coffee
-Energy Drinks
-Exercise: I always feel I have the most energy after a workout. Maybe a brisk run will help get you loosened up and ready to go.
-You could always drop the monday league next year and bowl a third night elsewhere if you think its that much of an issue.

Thank you for the suggestions. I'm already working on the more water as part of weight reduction. I'll try the energy drink.
John P, it is not so much the standing as the no down time. I do sit during the tutoring which is more of a homework club with the advantage of having me there if they get stuck. Mondays is not a good day to test, most students are not as alert on Monday. they're recovering from the weekend
I'm also going to try to be packed and ready to walk out with my students whick could get me a little down time. If i leave at 4, I'll be home by 4:30 which will give me an hour to relax.
Again thank you and I'll let you know how it turns out.
