Depending on what kind of problem your having in your relese it may or may not help. Send me some more info on your problem and we will see what a good choice may be. As fas as hitting powercarry goes, the problem that happens when someone goes from 15 to 14 is they start throwing it harded. Keeping the same speed can actually increase carry by being able to have a stronger wrist at release. Sure if you take a 15 and a 14, throw them with the exact same speed, revs, axis tilt, axis rotation, the nine yards you will notice a slight difference which will probably be a 10 pin.
