I got the flyer in today's mail for the SuperHoinke...the late date of mailing to the PWBA members really kind of surprised me, given that it is being conducted in just a few weeks.  Nonetheless, I thought I would see if we had anyone else here that was entering.

My interest was actually piqued by a recruiting special that they had for people that did not compete last year...

Frustrating thing was that they don't have anyone in the office on Tuesday or Wednesday according to the phone recording I got just a little while ago...would be nice to have someone in there during the week so I could get a few questions answered that are not addressed in the brochure.  Oh well...c'est la vie.

Message me and I can probably answer some of your questions.  This will be my third year there.  If you go, hopefully we can meet each other down there to say hey.  Great tourney.  The epidemy of being good and being lucky at the same time.  Trust me on that one.

I'll be bowling it. I mailed my entry in early August to get some free sweeper entries. It should be an interesting experience.

I'm not bowling in it this year, as I am still recovering, but I'll swing down and pay you all a visit.(I live in Lima, Oh).

I am thinking about going out there for the first time.  When does the actual tournament start, and run?  It really doesn't say on the website, all I see is sweeper information.

O,

The tourney starts on the 28th.  That is your first round match.  If you make it through your first round, there are various times during the weekend in which you could bowl.

Have seen Joe.  Don't know him personally though.  I see you are from Akron.  Where do you mostly bowl???

I'll be there.  I'm bowling the 11:30 squad.  I'll be the person getting three revs on the ball.  One going down the lane, one coming back and one going around the ball return.
