Yup!!!! ....I recently switched from Lane 1 to Ebonite and am currently bowling the best and most consistant that I have bowled since my average started down hill 4 years ago and has been really bad this year. I recently switched to Ebonite and even though my average wasn't that high at the time of switching, I have bowled 24 league games since switching and am averaging 25 pins a game ( honestly am ) over what my average was before switching. It's hard to believe the difference I found in the performance of the Lane 1 balls vs Ebonite balls. I truely believe that Lane 1 has some really good balls as I did find their Blue Death ball to be outstanding but for what ever reason, they weren't performing/matching up for me whereas the current Ebonite balls seem to match up for me well.
