NOT ALLOWED in bowling ball exchance????????

I just tried to view a message from bowling ball review......there is a not that I'm blocked and says why haven't I engaged in any conversations for a while. Never had any problems with anyone! Thats goofy. Anyone know how I can get back on....wont even check my message. Just spoke to someone there this morning. And want to get back with them...dont want to leave them hanging. Thanks all!!!! ok here is what exactly it says:

once again i think it may be an email ban and not an ip ban, if you were to forward me your ip and email carrier i could look into it, i know the users who are banned and why they are banned, and will work to straighten it out to the best of my ability

BBE has always been too plain MESSY for me.  Plus the fact that I don't feel safe surfing there from work, and that I too had an IP ban for a time.  Besides, BR is the only site I need!

If this is true of course, it contravenes a number of the league's by-laws, and article 27 of the league...
