Anyone here targets the first set of dots between the foul line and the arrows ? Any reasons why you targets the dots instead of the arrows ? Please advice.... thanks !

I normally do.  I was instructed to do this a while back so that I would not raise up at the foul line, and so that i could get the ball down smoother.

Tended to loft the ball looking at the arrows...the closer dots where my way to get the trajectory and accuracy I wanted / needed, without lofting the ball,...it just stuck!

I use those dots too. When I used the arrows I also lofted the ball. Bowled a lot of places, all lanes have these dots.
