A guy shoots 665 and beats me

I was bowling a head to head match tonight and lost 665 to 664. My problem is I out bowled him. I was throwing the correct ball and layout for this particular pattern.He was throwing the wrong ball and the wrong layout.So what gives????? I was splitting boards and he was was spraying it all over the place using as many as 3 boards at his target and by about 2 at his break point. I never missed my target or break point and still lost. What burns me the most is he needed all three in the tenth and he missed his target by a half board on each of his first shots while missing his break point point by as much as 2 boards.This just is not fair. Just venting

here's a classic example of me making a adjustment, does it mean i have alot of room ?????  would you cry if i made an adjustment instead of playing the same burned out line?

What if you nose strike or pull strike and he pockets 7-10?

Your serious about the guy missing his target by a half a board? You can tell from back at the score monitors when someone misses there target by a half and are paying attention to his each and every inch of his shot that much? No wonder why you lost, pay attention to your own game more, if you never missed your target you should not have only shot 665 thats horrible for hitting every spot for 30 frames.

If you hit your target everytime I would say learn to shoot spares...664 and never missing is a sign of poor spare shooting to me.  If I never missed(which never happens)I would plan on shooting 750 every time I bowl.

pins fall pins don't fall i've beat the hell out the pocket and barely muster a 600 then other times i've thrown it like crap and shot 750. If ya feel like you outbowled him maybe ya did but you didn't outscore him you can say ohhh he got lucky but i bet you've got away with the same thing he did that night just on a different night that you won on thats bowling. And as far as fair goes umm what is?  ya got beat take a deep breath say good job and go on have a shot or two of whisky and laugh it off

665 to 664 is a pretty good match IMO....until you add in the 300 pins of handicap !
