Thank you Greg for all the help you've given me over the past month with regards to building my 1969 Corvette. I just got finished building the rear end and will install it Tuesday and the rest other then dyno tuning will be finished.

I had my 350 engine rebuilt last year and the car had no bottom end. So my conversation with Greg started.  Pulled the engine and found out that the engine builder had retarded the cam quite a lot.  Probably trying to get more top speed.  But with the 3.08 rear there was limited bottom end.

Greg talked me through building the engine, setting up the MSD system, changing out the 3 speed trans to a 4 speed overdrive.  With the 3.08 rear in the car, the overdrive was almost unusable.  Greg was able to calculate the rear gears I needed to go with the engine and the 700r4 trans.

Now the car should launch off the line but still run well on the freeway in overdrive.

Last month at a Corvette show I took first place with about 400 Corvettes at the show.  Now the car should run as well as it looks.
