More Oil Please?
« on: April 12, 2010, 01:17:19 PM »
I bowl in Florida, so the typical volume of lane oil doesn't go as far this time of year when the temperatures start staying above the 82 degree mark with high humidity.

Tonight for example, by the third game I was throwing my teammates White Dot from 14 to 6, and it was flipping to the pocket. Had to start league with my Freeze, and it only lasted a few frames of the first game before I had to put it away for something even weaker.

So, how do I talk the lane man into putting down some more oil? Or what should my arsenal have to deal with situations like this, because it's been happening a lot lately.

Its quite the loop. But I'm also not a rev monster.

But even if i try my shined up track machine and try to move left with it all its jumping brooklyn.

True.

There are times when I'd love play the 4th arrow but can't because the left side is even drier than the right and the ball won't even get to the 10 board, before trying to hook.

I move my feet and mark every 2 frames with a 4/2 move, and as I run out of lane I ball down and move back over and repeat the process.

It usually still isn't enough.
