Finger getting cut open.
« on: October 13, 2006, 12:11:16 AM »
Hey guys,
For awhile my ring finger has been getting cut into pieces.

On the joint, closest to the middle finger. It wasn't really to be of a deal when I was bowling 3 games a week. Now that I am practicing more it is a real pain.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I would check with your ball driller and have him adjust the side pitch on the ring finger hole.  It may be putting excess pressure on the cut area of your finger during your release.

Pitch could be the problem, but it could also be lack of bevel on that side of the finger hole.  --  JohnP
