BTM best bang for the buck out of all the 2013 balls was the Track 300c Soild and based on the comments and price range, nothing even came close on a variety of lane condition when the surface was adjusted for all three styles.

Been a very good ball for me on a pattern that I have struggled with.

I am hoping that my Hammer Vibe XR would also be in this class, but when they are selling for $250 or higher on ebay and a limited production, well not not to much bank for your buck other then if you sell it.

I've been using a shined up Global Grip It and a shined up blue Hammer remake and with the conditions I see in two leagues this year been thinking I don't need to lug around anything else.
The harder I try the harder they fall

I bowled my only two 300's with a Forest Green Quantum and I loved that ball, but my best balls overall, day in and day out were the V2 Solid, V2 Pearl, and Gamebreaker. Yet I am not an Ebonite Fan, but those 3 balls were the best overall as described.

Best bang for the buck has been my Storm Frantic.  Besides doing a great job on medium and dry patterns, it's able to handle many flatter or longer patterns.
