Almost THERE!!!

This weekend at my third ABT tour singles tournament I finished second(this would be the 2nd time out of 3 times tourneys where i cashed).

Qualifying ROund i shot 698 and made it to the semi's.
In the semi's(two game) i shot 424 and qualified fifth to move on to stepladder finals
In match play I climbed all the way to the top to run into a bad ball reaction in the title match. Carry down killed me but i finished 2nd so I aint to mad.

Well they "SAY" they try to put down all the pattens(named) but they don't. Lately it's but the SHARK on synthetics and Pattern #4 on wood lol.

I've taken a bit of a break from the ABTs, at least until nationals.  The entry fees seem to keep going up while the prize money (outside the top 5 or so) keeps going down.

Just one, but yes.  I did go on a run where I made the match play finals 3 tourneys in a row, as well.  Now my average is in a nether region. I don't have enough cap to make up for my failings, yet I'm not good enough to shoot big consistently.  I figure when I improve my game some more I'll get back to it.

Has anyone heard what kind of shot they are planning to put down for the Nationals?

From what I heard about the last nationals its a flat playable shot best squads were either fresh or last of the day broken down.
