Hi everbody,
I am working on keeping my forearm and elbow behind the ball until my downswing gets to my ankle. Most of the time I am practicing by myself to do it correctly, so I can't see myself I can only feel what's going on. I notice that I feel a slight tension in the inside portion of my elbow when the ball goes past my hip to my ankle. Is this the correct feeling? Is it possible if I don't feel anything, I am turning the ball early?
