I read a lot of info about different balls for the dry. I am looking for something that I can play a little straighter and not over react. I buy a lot of balls and I never can match up with the lanes. I bowl at a house and also a club with only four lanes. However I struggle at club and get into a lot of bad habits. I then go to the house league and take those habits with me. And there I should be killing them. The club has wooden and hand oiled. pretty tough shot. I feel that all the information that i read on this site is very good, but i am just totally confused. I do not want to buy another ball with a layout that does not work. Do you think that there are pro shops that drill balls and know that they are not going to work? so they get return business??? i sometimes feel that i have the right equipment but not the right drilling???

It is not intentional, but there are a lot of drillers who do not know what they are doing, or are just very bad at their job, like any other business.  If you post where you are located (generally), some posters here can direct you to pro shops with good reputations.  Then, it is up to you to provide the driller with as much info as you can to make his job easier if they can't watch you bowl.  Let them know where you bowl, the lane conditions you face, what your general style is, speed, etc. 

Supernatural, pitch black, Booyah, Rebel Tank. All depends on how best up the heads are. If you have enough oil in the heads, go Booyah. If the heads are beat up, Rebel Tank.
