Muscle memory is important, it allows you to just go in and have fun. But getting the muscke memory takes time. Practicing on to many things at one time does not allow you to get the muscle memory needed and winds up being rather confusing and frustrating. I watched you bowl and you have a ton of potential, but I recommend when you practice, work on one or two things t a time. I try to get lanes on hour blocks and will work on my strike ball only for most of the hour, trying to hit the pocket on every shot. Then the last game or two I'd play low ball and work on my corner shots. Everyone has different practice stratagies, thats just mine.
