Bump;who's coming this year?

 

It would be really nice to see more local bowlers participate.  I see quite a few NC bowlers posting here.  Great chance to meet some people and get some quality coaching.

I would LOVE to attend this event but it is simply too far from Oklahoma for me to attend.

 

In addition to here, why don't you post something and get something started over on BBE as there are people from NC over there also plus that site seems to have just as much if not more activity than this site does now.

It is a little far for us too, about a 12 hour or so drive, but we manage. We break up the trip, though, and don't try to do it in one day.  My biggest worry is getting through Jacksonville in one piece.  LOL!  Geoff, would you like to post there or do you want me to?

No guarantees, but I'd love to catch up with y'all and kick back some of those Strider home-brews! I'll post closer to the event and let everyone know whether to expect an Irish guy in pajamas or not...

Exactly 2 weeks away and counting.  Come one, come all - everyone's invited.  We may not all be good bowlers, but I dare say we're all good people.  Directions, schedule, and last minute updates can be found at gatheringofbowers.com, as well as in the forums of that website.  I especially encourage everyone that is going to come to the Gathering hit the forum on gatheringofbowlers.com for event planning / dinner planning / general mayhem.

Jo And & I are in Ohio right now but will see everyone in 2 weeks, she's back bowling this year after shoulder surgery 7 months ago.  We're really looking forward to seeing everyone.
