Those three things are usually mutually exclusive here.  If it hooks in oil and has a big backend, you can't use it all three games, unless you want to loft the gutter caps.  Robert Smith I ain't !

i know I will get slammed for this, but this is indeed the hottest ball on the market, outhooks the venom, the playmker, the nvd whatever you want to throw, I will put this ball up against anything for three games in a row and feel confident in saying it will perform better then anything you want to throw, you dont have to loft the cap to ride the oil, beleive me, I got plenty of hand to loft the cap and dont have to get much inside of 4th arrow by the third game.  and when that right side is toasted up and you have to go deeper then 4th arrow rest assured this ball will handle the task at hand

Ive got guys in league that are straight rollers, put this in their hand and they look like tommy jones, it moves that effortlessly.  the ironic part is its not snappy as heck, its a controlled bend but it comes back from a loooooooog way

for you guys knocking it

how many have thrown it?  kind of what i thought.  like most around here quick to pass judgement, but slow to verify.  when myself and teammate are darn near 240/game with this in our hands, something must be right

Besides..

I don't see enough oil to use my Playmaker much less an AO..

It would be $160 down the dumper...

Keep looking... I'm sure there's a 300 in one of those balls you keep buying!!

I thought that too, but the cover is darn good at changes, 500 grit oob is too much, its a very smooth 500 but still its 500, I took mine to 4k abralon and its just about perfect, with polish I think i could play outside the oil line but at the 4k no polish, its money, grab it hard the first game game and a half, then back your hand out, it really is that easy for me to use it, I for  one didnt think I could use it for three games, but I can and do, sometimes for 7 games if someone is willing to plunk down a little change after league

I would like to know exactly what coverstock they took, cause it acts like a hrbrid to me smooth off the break but hard charging thru the deck

When you have a company that sells direct to pro shops, how would you know what a hot ball is? What do you base it on? All you can compare it to is another Lane #1 product.
I will lay odds and bet any amount that it has not, nor will it sell as many as Roto sold Cell solids. That is/was a hot ball.
This is merely marketing, as all companies do, but to say it is the Hottest Ball on the Market is, well...I'll leave it at that.

It would be closer to the truth, to say that it is the hottest Lane #1 ball on the market.

Also to compare it to another product, unless you throw the ball, laid out the same, up against another ball, you cannot say it out performs another bowling ball. To merely go by visual perception is wrong.

I will only say if it had the marketing muscle or pba exposure of say the roto cell or the big b stuff, I stand beside what i said, it is indeed  the hottest ball out (my opinion) and the performance I have seen is first hand.  I sell everyones stuff rick, not just lane 1 and I do punch up other stuff to get an idea, most stuff with my favorite drill (just like nick does) ther have been some major disappointments with some of the lane 1 stuff, BUT this one hit the nail hard, this ball is like that 230 yd ace on that long par 3, if more people had it or had access to it, I am confident its sales would rival some of the biggest sellers on the market currently, without a doubt

Ironic thing is, it's probably one of the worse selling balling balls on the market right now. Don't know if the ball any good(nor do I care) but how many people actually throw Lane1 anyway?

I would give it a shot if the price was around what the Cell came out at.

Trigger, after my disappointing experience with the BuzzBomb/R that I chose because of all of the hype, I am scared to try the Agent Orange and end up getting burned once again.

the hottest ball on the market is the one that works best for each individual bowler for me it is the arch rival right now next month it could be something else hell my link hooks in oil they all do the hard part is getting the ball to read the lane best for your style the ball will hook enough on its own
