In my experience, unless you have very dry outsides and/or very clean backends, the Throttle R is NOT a huge hooking reactive. The X-Factors hook more, the Element hooks about as much in absolute terms, the Inferno hooks slightly more with a slightly more aggressive move off the dry. With your revs and speed, the Throttle R will work better than it did for me (17-18 revs, 14-16 mph)if my experimentation is any clue. But with your speed and revs, I'd be thinking X-Factors (and I'm not a big Storm fan).
